Located in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, Cal Blay ORÍGENS is the tradition and passion for cooking, the roots linked to the territory and the origin of a family.
Our cuisine is closely linked to the territory, with a menu that changes with each season. We work with local products: vegetables, eggs, poultry, lamb… In this new project, we dedicate ourselves to being artisans of a trade that we are passionate about, offering an authentic and traditional experience.
