Cal Blay ORÍGENS is much more than table-side gastronomy, it is the origin of a family, tradition and passion for cooking, roots strongly tied to the territory and a service that makes you feel at home.
We offer cuisine linked to the territory, with a live menu that changes according to the season. Most of the products we use are from very close farms; vegetables, eggs, poultry, lamb,… In this new project we have set out to become artisans again in a trade that we are passionate about.
